How do I add a product to my cart?
Navigate to the "shop" tab or the search bar to find what you're looking for. Once you're ready to shop, click on the product you want and this will open on a product page where you can choose what product quantity you'd like to add to your cart. When you're ready, you can proceed to checkout to pay and follow the prompts.
What payment options are available?
Credit and debit card payments via PayFast as well as Instant EFT. This way proof of payment comes through instantly and your order gets processed faster.
Where do you ship?
We ship orders nationwide via The Courier Guy. Your address must be either a work or residential address in a main centre. Delivery to outlying areas will be quoted separately.
A product I want is out of stock. Can you order more?
All our products are handmade in small batches as we prefer to keep our collections exclusive. However, if there's something you have fallen in love with, we are happy to find out from our suppliers whether they can make up another one for you. Please note, prices may increase if we are required to order a one-off.
Can I stock your products?
Trade enquiries are welcome! Please use the contact form to email us including all links to your business website/social pages and which products you'd like to stock.
Do you have a Returns Policy?
Yes we do. Should you have ordered the incorrect item or if it's not suitable, please return the product in it's original condition and packaging WITHIN 7 DAYS from receipt. Return shipping costs are for your own account. Once the item is received back and checked, we will process your refund within 5 working days.
