How do I add a product to my cart?

Navigate to the "shop" tab or the search bar to find what you're looking for. Once you're ready to shop, click on the product you want and this will open on a product page where you can choose what product quantity you'd like to add to your cart. When you're ready, you can proceed to checkout to pay and follow the prompts.

What payment options are available?

Credit and debit card payments via PayFast as well as Instant EFT. This way proof of payment comes through instantly and your order gets processed faster. We do not accept manual EFTs at this point.

Where do you ship?

We ship orders nationwide via The Courier Guy. Your address must be either a work or residential address in a main centre. Delivery to outlying areas will be quoted separately. Once you have placed and paid for your order, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number. The courier company can be contacted for details from this point. If you live overseas and would like to purchase from us, please email us. We will need to get a shipping quote depending on where you live.

A product I want is out of stock. Can you order more?

All our products are handmade in small batches as we prefer to keep our collections exclusive. However, if there's something you have fallen in love with, we are happy to find out from our suppliers whether they can make up another one for you. Please note, prices may increase if we are required to order a one-off.

Can I stock your products?

Trade enquiries are welcome! Please use the contact form to email us including all links to your business website/social pages and which products you'd like to stock.

Do you have a Returns Policy?

Yes we do. Should you have ordered the incorrect item or if it's not suitable, please return the product in it's original condition and packaging WITHIN 7 DAYS from receipt. Return shipping costs are for your own account. Once the item is received back and checked, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Every order is quality checked prior to despatch, however, should your purchase not arrive in the condition it left our premises, we will refund the return shipping fee once the product has been received back and checked. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the item(s) at your own cost and we will send you a code to use on the site to the value of your purchase.
